Rely IT now uses Acronis for backup of virtual machines and Hyper-V servers, as well as full Microsoft 365 backup. RMM, patch management, and EDR/XDR are all managed on the same platform. This means the team can remotely manage servers when needed, patching runs automatically without manual intervention, and security protection is natively integrated rather than bolted on.
