Cloudbridge Customer Portal User Terms
Version 2026-11.
1. About the customer portal
1.1 The portal. The customer portal in Cloudbridge is provided by Gridheart AB, reg. no. 556779-9209 ("Gridheart"), to the IT partner that delivers services to Your organisation (the "Partner"). The Partner gives You access and decides what You can see and do in the portal.
1.2 Your agreement is with the Partner. The services, licences and prices that You see or order in the portal are supplied to Your organisation by the Partner under Your organisation's agreement with the Partner. Gridheart is not a party to that agreement and has no agreement with Your organisation.
1.3 These terms. These Customer Portal User Terms apply to every individual who signs in to the customer portal on behalf of an organisation that is a customer of a Partner. By accepting them, You confirm that You are authorised by Your organisation to use the portal and to take the actions available to You.
2. Your account
2.1 Personal account. Your account is personal. You must not share Your credentials or let anyone else use Your account.
2.2 Security. You must use multi-factor authentication and keep Your credentials and devices secure. If You suspect unauthorised use of Your account, notify the Partner immediately.
3. What You can do
3.1 Actions on behalf of Your organisation. Depending on the Partner's settings, You may view, and may manage, users, licences and group memberships in Your organisation's Microsoft 365 tenant, and may order licences. All actions are taken on behalf of Your organisation and are recorded with Your name.
3.2 Orders. An order You place in the portal is an order from Your organisation to the Partner, on the prices and terms agreed with the Partner. You must not place an order unless Your organisation has authorised You to do so.
3.3 Vendor terms. Licences and services from vendors, such as Microsoft, are subject to the vendor's own terms with Your organisation, for example the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the portal in breach of law or of Your organisation's agreement with the Partner;
- try to gain administrator rights, access data or accounts You are not authorised to access, or get around any limit, approval or security control in the portal;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the portal, or disrupt its operation; or
- use the portal to monitor the behaviour or performance of individual colleagues beyond the administration of users and licences.
5. Personal data
5.1 Data in the portal. Gridheart processes personal data in the portal, including data from Your organisation's Microsoft 365 tenant, on behalf of the Partner, as its processor or sub-processor. Questions about that processing and requests to exercise Your rights should be sent to the Partner or to Your organisation.
5.2 Your account data. Gridheart processes data about Your account, such as Your name, email address, sign-in and audit logs and IP address, to provide and secure the portal, on behalf of the Partner and, where Gridheart acts as controller, as described in Gridheart's Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty and liability
6.1 No warranty. The portal is provided "as is" and "as available". Information in it, including licence counts and prices, is for information only.
6.2 Liability. Gridheart has no liability to You personally. Any liability of Gridheart towards Your organisation arising out of or relating to the portal is limited in the same way as Gridheart's liability towards the Partner under Section 15 of the Gridheart Partner Terms, and counts towards that limit. Any claim about the portal, the services or the licences must be made against the Partner under Your organisation's agreement with the Partner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
7. Suspension and end of access
Gridheart or the Partner may suspend or end Your access at any time, in particular if You breach these terms, if the Partner removes Your access or if Your organisation is no longer a customer of the Partner.
8. Changes and governing law
8.1 Changes. Gridheart may change these terms. Gridheart may ask You to accept a new version before You continue to use the portal.
8.2 Governing law. These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
