Any domain, that uses email has an MX-record, i.e Mail eXchanger records.
The MX-record provides you with a list over the mail servers available to accept mail for that domain.
If you are using Gridheart's default spam protection, i.e. not your own spam solution, the mx-records should be directed to the records below:

mail-in01.cloudmore.com 10
mail-in02.cloudmore.com 10
The priority determines which record should be used first, starting with the lowest.
The MX-records above are of equal priority (10) which allows both servers to be used equally, which is useful when using a SpamTitan cluster.
