Acronis configruation guide

Learn how to easily add services with this configuration guide for Acronis.​

Log in to the platform and click on "Marketplace" under the menu section (broker menu). You will now see the view above. Next, select the service you want to add to your portfolio by clicking on the "Acronis" icon in the marketplace.

When you've pressed on the Acronis button, select "Add service" as on the picture above.

To apply the service to your portfolio and make it available for your customers, select "Global" under Target Audience and leave the Tenant ID empty. Then, click on "Sign Agreement".

In this stage, the service will be added under "my services" You will find Acronis as a subscription by clicking at "My subscriptions". It now says 0 subscriptions, so in the following step you will connect your customers to the service and activate the subscription. Followingly, press E-store and Acronis will pop up as a service. Press on the service and click on add service.

To connect the subscription to an organization, fill in the box "Subscription name" with the company name for instance. This is the name that will be shown in the portal. Leave the PO number field empty, then scroll down.

You'll now see options for different add-ons. Make sure all are enabled for better visibility in the Acronis portal. These options do not incur any cost, but simply create additional choices for the organization in the Acronis portal. Select the billing model, either per GB or per workload. Click "Create".

Your environment has been successfully created. Please contact support at support@gridheart.com and provide the contact details (name and email address) of the person who will be responsible for managing the administration in the Acronis portal.

Use the credentials provide by our support team to log in to the Acronis portal. Upon logging in, you will see the main dashboard.
